  • Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health to enhance treatment outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals from ethnic and cultural minorities, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating the complexities of immigration. Your expertise in culturally sensitive practices will be invaluable as you work to ensure that each patient feels understood, respected, and supported during their treatment process.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and the ability to exhibit cultural competence in therapeutic practices.
  • Experience in providing individual and group therapy, with a strong emphasis on inclusive treatment approaches that are responsive to clients' cultural experiences.
  • Proven crisis intervention skills with the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities that foster the development of trust and rapport with a variety of individuals.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.
  • A commitment to ethical practice, maintaining confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing a collaborative spirit to care delivery.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
  • Familiarity with community resources that can enhance patient care and follow-up support.
  • Experience working with marginalized communities, understanding their unique mental health needs, and providing appropriate care.
  • Engagement in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops, certifications, and advanced training.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
