As a Remote Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, focusing on improving clients' mental health and overall well-being.
• Facilitating discussions that allow clients to express emotions and experiences, fostering insight into their behaviors and relationships.
• Helping clients define their personal goals and advocating for their mental health needs throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Assessing clients' mental health status and collaboratively developing effective treatment plans utilizing solution-based techniques grounded in your clinical expertise.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship struggles and life transitions. Your experience and skills will play a crucial role in empowering these individuals to navigate their mental health journeys and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) allowing for independent practice without supervision.
• No limited or provisional licenses accepted; candidates must have a clear professional history with no disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and understanding approach to therapy.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms to facilitate effective remote counseling sessions.

While specific professional experience beyond licensing is not mandatory, candidates with a background in teletherapy, familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, and experience working with diverse populations will find their skills particularly beneficial in this role. A strong track record of client advocacy and achieving positive treatment outcomes will set you apart.

We are committed to offering competitive compensation for our therapists. The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
