We are seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Product Management to serve as the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation Product Owner within our Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Platforms Services team under Corporate & Employee Experience. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of the Oracle Workforce Compensation Cycle, ensuring our enterprise compensation platforms are performing optimally to support our organization's talent rewards programs. You will act as the principal functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Oracle Workforce Compensation, interfacing with the Compensation Center of Excellence (Comp COE) to design, configure, and maintain robust solutions. Working with cross-functional partners, developers, and data teams, you will leverage Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Fast Formulas to analyze data and improve platform stability. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement and task automation by incorporating enterprise-approved AI tools and technology trends into your daily product management workflows.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Run and manage the Oracle Workforce Compensation cycle from end to end, ensuring system readiness, cycle execution, and successful closure of compensation planning events
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the functional capabilities of Oracle Workforce Compensation and Oracle HCM Cloud, translating business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations
  • Partner closely with the Compensation Center of Excellence (Comp COE) and other cross-functional stakeholders to align product strategies, capture business needs, and communicate product roadmaps
  • Manage the technical product lifecycle for Oracle Workforce Compensation and associated platforms, from design, development, and testing to deployment and maintenance
  • Utilize Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI),  and data analysis techniques to analyze compensation data, generate actionable insights, and ensure data integrity within the platform
  • Configure and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas to support complex compensation logic, rules, and calculations
  • Oversee the testing and QA processes for system updates, new features, and patch releases, ensuring minimal operational impact
  • Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement within product management and platform operations
  • Evaluate emerging technology trends to inform solution design, strategic innovation, and optimization of the compensation planning ecosystem
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and contractor staff to deliver against product performance expectations

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or 4 years of additional experience in technical product management or human capital technology in lieu of a degree
  • 4 years of experience working with Oracle Workforce Compensation and Oracle HCM Cloud
  • 4 years of experience utilizing Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for advanced data analysis and troubleshooting within enterprise environments
  • 4 years of experience configuring and troubleshooting Oracle Fast Formulas
  • 4 years of experience conducting system testing, functional QA, and managing end-to-end release validation cycles
  • 4 years of experience collaborating and interfacing with business stakeholders (such as Compensation COE or HR Operations) to translate functional requirements into system deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional technical teams, scrum teams, or direct reports
  • Experience working within modern Agile or Scrum frameworks
  • Experience with Oracle HCM batch processing, including compensation cycle Start/Refresh processes, scheduled job management, and performance troubleshooting at enterprise scale
  • Deep functional understanding of corporate annual compensation planning cycles and HR administration workflows
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a high proficiency in handling large datasets
  • Proven excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical business partners

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
