• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health issues, strengths, and available support systems.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals and strategies, collaborating with clients to engage them in their healing process.
• Facilitate various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and solution-focused therapy, adapting techniques based on client progress and feedback.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect a shared understanding of the client's needs and facilitate the highest standard of care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to identify immediate needs, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress.
• Document client interactions and therapeutic progress meticulously, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
• Organize and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups, fostering a community of healing and shared experience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience working with a variety of mental health issues, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with community resources and ability to connect clients with additional services.
• Previous experience in crisis intervention and management.
