Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals and strategies, collaborating with clients to engage them in their healing process.
  • Facilitate various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and solution-focused therapy, adapting techniques based on client progress and feedback.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect a shared understanding of the client's needs and facilitate the highest standard of care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to identify immediate needs, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress.
  • Document client interactions and therapeutic progress meticulously, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
