Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, incorporating standardized assessment tools and diagnostic interviews to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adjusting interventions as necessary to align with clients' evolving goals and circumstances.
  • Deliver therapeutic services that include individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing diverse techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and stabilization.
  • Document and maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and community health providers to coordinate comprehensive care for individuals.
  • Conduct educational seminars for clients and their families regarding mental health topics, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, actively promoting client advocacy.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain current with emerging best practices and treatment modalities in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population that includes adults, adolescents, and couples. Clients often present a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications
  • A current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required.
