Job description

Position Overview

Bayless Integrated Mental Healthcare Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate and individualized mental health support to adults experiencing low-acuity psychological issues. As a part of our remote workforce, you will leverage innovative telehealth technologies to deliver quality care, helping clients improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

About the Organization

At Bayless Integrated Mental Healthcare, our mission is to transform the landscape of mental health care by making it accessible and efficient. Located in Wichita, Kansas, we specialize in telehealth services that enable our clients to receive high-quality mental health support from the comfort of their homes. We believe in the power of integrated care and strive to create a supportive environment for our clients and employees alike.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule and work from anywhere. As part of our commitment to work-life balance, we offer over 30 hours of work per week for full-time employees or flexible part-time options exceeding 5 hours per week. Our telehealth platform is designed to facilitate seamless communication, enabling you to focus more on providing client care rather than administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of client needs through secure video conferences, allowing you to understand their history, presenting issues, and treatment goals.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client, monitoring their progress, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients in building coping mechanisms, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques.
  • Documenting all client sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards while minimizing paperwork to enhance your focus on counseling.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development through team meetings, training sessions, and collaboration with other mental health professionals within the organization to share best practices and improve therapeutic outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base primarily consists of stable, low-acuity adults who present with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and adjustment issues. You will play a critical role in creating a safe and supportive virtual environment, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Current state licensure as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent with the ability to practice independently without supervision.
  • No history of disciplinary actions on your professional record, demonstrating your commitment to ethical practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in using technology and maintaining a stable internet connection to facilitate telehealth sessions.
Preferred Experience

While a Bachelorโ€™s Degree is the minimum educational requirement, candidates holding a Masterโ€™s Degree in the same fields will be favored. Significant experience in providing telehealth services, especially with adult populations, will set you apart. Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as CBT or DBT can enhance your candidacy, as will prior experience in a community mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:

  • A sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
  • Weekly direct deposits for your convenience.
  • Comprehensive health insurance covering health, dental, and vision.
  • Onboarding process designed for efficiency, allowing you to get started in as little as three days.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Bayless Integrated Mental Healthcare, we are committed to your professional development. We provide ample opportunities for advancement, offering support for continuous education, certification programs, and leadership roles within our organization. Our integrated approach encourages collaboration, ensuring you are part of a team that values collective growth and success.

Why Join Our Team

Joining Bayless means becoming part of a compassionate, skilled team that prioritizes client care and employee satisfaction. We promote a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and collaboration.
