About Us
HireHawk helps companies build high-performing offshore teams by connecting them with rigorously vetted global talent across Latin America, and South Africa. We go beyond traditional staffing by managing recruiting, payroll, compliance, and ongoing workforce support-so clients can scale with confidence. We're building a globally distributed team that values ownership, high standards, and clear expectations.

About the Role
This is a call-first, high-activity outbound SDR role focused on creating new business opportunities for HireHawk's recruitment and staffing solutions. You'll spend your day dialing, handling objections live, following up fast, and consistently generating qualified meetings and pipeline. You'll speak with HR leaders, hiring managers, recruiters, and business executives to uncover hiring needs and introduce tailored offshore hiring solutions. If you thrive in a target-driven environment and want a role where your activity directly drives results, you'll do well here.

  • Engage prospects live, lead strong discovery conversations, and book meetings that convert to real opportunities
  • Handle objections confidently and move conversations forward without getting rattled
  • Build persona-based outreach approaches that improve response and meeting rates over time
  • Track and summarize objections and market feedback, then recommend improvements to scripts, hooks, and messaging
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene: accurate notes, stages, follow-ups, and activity tracking
  • Follow up with discipline and speed to keep momentum and build credibility with prospects
  • Partner with recruiting teammates to align client needs with available talent pipelines
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for calls, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and pipeline created

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Experience in an SDR/BDR, recruiter, account executive, or staffing sales role with direct responsibility for outbound prospecting
  • Proven success in a high-volume cold calling environment (daily dialing is a core expectation here)
  • Strong live objection-handling and ability to keep conversations productive under pressure
  • Track record of booking meetings and generating qualified B2B opportunities
  • Comfort engaging HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and senior decision-makers
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills (clear, confident, and concise)
  • Experience using a CRM and sales engagement/prospecting tools
  • Ability to work independently and stay consistent in a fully remote setup

Nice to Have:

  • Recruitment, staffing, RPO, or HR services industry experience
  • Experience selling recruitment services or staffing solutions
  • Familiarity with hiring workflows, workforce planning, and common hiring pain points
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and B2B sales process discipline
