This remote position allows you to perform your duties from the comfort of your home while being part of a collaborative team that meets virtually. Our work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a healthy work-life balance. You will interact with a variety of health professionals, families, and clients, utilizing technology to enhance communication and care delivery.

• Act as a vital liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Engage with insurance companies on matters of pre-certification and utilization management, advocating for client needs and treatment plans.
• Contribute to comprehensive discharge and aftercare planning, ensuring clients transition smoothly into their next phase of recovery.
• Provide therapeutic meal support, helping clients develop a positive and healthy relationship with food, while modeling constructive behaviors.
• Deliver empathetic, affirming care, tailored to each client's unique set of circumstances and intersecting identities, while maintaining high clinical standards.

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking detoxification support, many of whom may be facing substance use disorders or mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in addressing the diverse needs of these clients, utilizing your clinical skills to engage effectively with them. Your work will have a direct impact on their healing process, ensuring that they receive tailored interventions that respect their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, enabling you to provide quality therapeutic support.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with older adults, equipping you to address the specific challenges and needs of this demographic.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, enabling effective assessment and treatment of clients.
