Role Description
Liberty One Legal Funding is seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand our network of plaintiff personal injury law firm partners. This is a full-time remote role focused on developing and managing relationships with attorneys who refer cases for pre-settlement funding. The role also involves working directly with referred plaintiffs to explain the funding process, gather case information, and coordinate funding transactions with the referring law firm and internal team. The ideal candidate has experience in this field, with established relationships, and a proven track record of building professional relationships, communicating with clients, and driving revenue growth in a results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with plaintiff personal injury law firms that refer cases for funding
  • Identify and pursue new referral partnerships with attorneys nationwide
  • Communicate with referred plaintiffs to explain the funding process and gather necessary case information
  • Coordinate with referring law firms and internal teams to facilitate funding transactions
  • Track outreach, referrals, and client interactions in the company CRM
  • Meet or exceed revenue and performance targets

Qualifications
