Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Business and Commercial Litigation Attorneys. All years of experience are welcome to apply! We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid opportunities.
We are a full-service AmLaw 100 firm with robust national and local practices. Our rapidly growing commercial litigation group offers unique growth and career development opportunities.
Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to take ownership of their work and contribute to active, complex matters pending in state and federal court. Preferred candidates will have experience propounding and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, and drafting dispositive motions and pre-trial motions. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Experience defending class actions also a plus but not required.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California.
We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance.
As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:
  • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000-$165,000;
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000-$215,000;
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000-$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
