We are hiring a Business Analyst II!
The Business Analyst II is an experienced professional responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for a variety of IT projects. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams, translating business needs into clear and actionable specifications. The Business Analyst II will contribute to the full software development lifecycle and support the implementation of effective IT solutions.
Must live within 2 hours of one of our office locations, Neenah, WI, or Buffalo Grove, IL.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements (functional and non-functional) for moderately complex projects.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business stakeholders to gather information.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions.
• Create detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Mentor Business Analyst I roles as needed

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Qualifications List
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for IT projects.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in requirements management tools and techniques (e.g., Azure DevOps, Visio).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to facilitate meetings and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $90,000 - $100,000, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
