  • Strategic Consultation & Enablement: Partner with business and talent leaders to frame complex workforce questions, provide data-driven recommendations, and support workforce planning initiatives in an environment where priorities and business needs may evolve rapidly.
  • Workforce Intelligence: Strengthen workforce intelligence capabilities by advancing data accessibility and integrating internal & external insights around skills, AI, and other labor market intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across workstreams and enterprise priorities (SWP, Skills, AI Transformation, Finance) and external partners, including managing vendor interactions to support team objectives.
  • Team Contribution & Development: Contribute to team success by delivering on projects, sharing knowledge, and supporting the development of peers; demonstrate curiosity and adaptability by embracing new technologies and AI-driven solutions, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, efficiency, scalability, and overall team impact.
  • Execution & Agility: Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities, balancing planned strategic work with urgent business requests. Demonstrate sound judgment, resourcefulness, and accountability while delivering results amid ambiguity and change.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment with incomplete information, and independently drive work to successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI or similar visualization tools)
  • Experience translating data into insights and communicating to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
