In this role, you'll engage with past clients to understand their current capital needs, gather required documentation, and prepare qualified opportunities for Senior Sales Representatives to close. Essential Functions
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (120-200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capital
  • Communicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applications
  • Identify client needs and align them with appropriate product offerings
  • Re-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat business
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM system
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completion
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closing
Required Education and Experience
  • 1-3 years of sales, collections, or outbound experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
$17 - $17 an hour
Starting pay - $17/hr plus shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds) + Incentives
Working hours - 7:00am-4:00pm (MST) ; Work Days - M-Fย 
Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 7:00am-4:00pm Mon-Fri (MST)
Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 daysย
