Remote Workflow Management information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in remote workflow management, and why are they important?

To thrive in Remote Workflow Management, you need strong organizational skills, experience in project coordination, and typically a background in business administration or a related field. Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, and proficiency in collaboration platforms such as Slack or Microsoft Teams, are commonly required. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities help professionals stand out in this role. These skills are crucial for maintaining productivity, ensuring seamless team collaboration, and effectively managing projects in a remote environment.

What are some common challenges faced in remote workflow management and how can they be addressed?

A common challenge in remote workflow management is maintaining clear communication and visibility across distributed teams. Without in-person interactions, it can be easy for tasks to fall through the cracks or for team members to feel disconnected. To address this, it's important to implement robust project management tools, establish regular check-ins, and set clear expectations for deliverables and deadlines. Fostering a culture of transparency and encouraging proactive updates also help ensure that workflows stay on track and everyone remains aligned.

Remote workflow management refers to the process of organizing, monitoring, and optimizing work tasks and processes for teams that operate outside of a traditional office environment. It involves using digital tools and software to coordinate tasks, communicate, and ensure productivity across distributed team members. Effective remote workflow management helps maintain project timelines, improve collaboration, and track progress regardless of where team members are located.

Job description

About Dare Therapy

Dare Therapy is a growing private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, holistic mental health services. We emphasize client-centered care and evidence-based practices, specializing in trauma, neurodivergence, forensic psychology, and relational health.

As we expand, we are looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who shares our commitment to integrated, compassionate care. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, a supportive team culture, and a work-life balance that supports remote work.

Why Join Dare Therapy?

  • Flexible & Remote: Enjoy a 100% remote workflow with scheduling that fits your life.
  • W2 Employment Stability: As a W2 employee, you are a valued member of our practice. We provide the clinical infrastructure and support you need so you can focus on the therapeutic relationship.
  • Collaborative and Integrated Care: You aren't practicing in a vacuum. You will work closely with our therapy team (PMHNP, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) to provide truly collaborative care for our clients for mental health and medication management.
  • Clinical Support: Even as a prescriber, you have access to leadership for consultation on complex cases and practice protocols.
  • Growth Path: Start with a flexible "pay-per-session" model and transition into a stable, yearly salaried position with full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO) once your caseload reaches 25+ billable hours.

The "Hidden" Benefits of Our W2 Rate

Unlike traditional 1099 "fee-for-service" roles, Dare Therapy hires on a W-2 (No-Benefits) model and then has the option to transition to a full-time salaried W-2 with full benefits. This option is specifically designed for clinicians who prioritize high take-home pay without the risks of being a 1099 contractor.

  • Paid Documentation: Your expertise doesn't stop when the session ends. Unlike traditional FFS roles, we pay for your 15-minute documentation blocks, ensuring your "per-session" value is accurately reflected in your paycheck.
  • Tax Savings & Protection: As a W2 employer, we pay 7.65% of your payroll taxes (Social Security & Medicare). That’s an immediate "raise" compared to 1099 roles, where you are responsible for the full 15.3% self-employment tax.
  • Growth Guarantee: We don’t just hire you; we invest in you. We provide a clear, structured pay ladder with significant raises.
  • The "Double Shield" of Liability: We prioritize your safety. You maintain two layers of protection: our comprehensive agency professional liability coverage plus your own personal policy, ensuring you are fully protected.
  • Immediate Safety Net: From your first hour on the clock, you are fully protected. Unlike 1099 roles, we provide Workers' Compensation and Unemployment Insurance starting on Day 1. Whether it’s an unexpected injury or an economic shift, your financial security is a top priority.

About the Role

We are seeking a board-certified PMHNP to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth. You will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive care that bridges the gap between therapy and psychiatry.

What We Offer to Every Experience Level

  • For New Grads: We provide the mandatory Collaborative Practice Agreement and the 1-on-1 mentorship needed to secure your prescriptive authority and grow your confidence.
  • For Experienced Providers: We offer a platform for "whole-person" care, encouraging 45–60 minute sessions where you can practice integrated talk therapy.

The Growth Path: From Onboarding to Salary

We offer a structured trajectory that provides flexibility during your initial phase and long-term stability as you grow with us.

  • Phase 1 - The Build-Up (Part-Time): During your first few months, you will be paid a competitive hourly rate for every clinical contact hour (evaluations and follow-ups).
  • Phase 2 - The Transition (Full-Time Salary): Once you maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours weekly over a period of 2 consecutive months, you may transition into a yearly salaried W2 position. This salaried status provides guaranteed yearly income, removing the financial risk of patient no-shows, and grants access to our full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments via telehealth.
  • Develop and implement individualized pharmacological treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate closely with Dare Therapy’s clinical staff to coordinate care for shared clients.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EHR system (within 24 hours of session).
  • Educate clients on medication risks, benefits, and side effects in a trauma-informed manner.
  • Maintain strict ethical and professional boundaries.
  • Commit to a minimum billable-hour requirement of 30 hours/week within 6 months.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialty in Psychiatry (PMHNP).
  • Licensure: Current, valid Advanced Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts.
    • Board Certification (ANCC) as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
    • Independent Practitioner: Active DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR).
  • Experience:
    • Experience treating a variety of conditions, including trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and anxiety.
    • Familiarity with trauma-informed and holistic care models.
  • Residency: Must currently reside in Massachusetts.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills. Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth technology.
  • Bonus: A strong desire to combine psychiatric care with talk therapy in a remote, boutique setting.

Benefits (Upon Full-Time Status)

  • Competitive Annual Salary
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Flexible Remote Scheduling
