Job description

Synch-Solutions is looking for an Automation Project Manager who help with the delivery of Automation Projects in the Automation Program Portfolio. This position is 100% remote with no travel and will be a full-time 1099 / C2C position. The Project Manager will interface with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to help drive the adoption of all automation. Due to the sensitivity of the public sector applicants must be USA citizen.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Synch-Solutions Automation Program is looking for a Project Manager who can maintain effective business relationships with our client's management team, design value creating automation solutions that will support our client's automation roadmap.
You will apply your knowledge of consulting methodologies, key automation technologies, engagement support tools and demonstrates strong knowledge of your functional and technical automation capabilities.
Your role will include engaging with client, analyzing the application portfolio, understanding automation opportunities, and proposing an automation journey.
You will independently generate solutions, based on strong quantitative and analytical skills and business knowledge. Doing so, you will challenge the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and improve or develop complementary solutions in the public sector.
  • Identify and design business processes for automation
  • The setting, testing, and monitoring of automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without the risk of error
  • Monitor and maintain automation post-implementations and resolve any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
  • Producing process documents to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
  • At least 4 years of working experience in delivering automation, including, RPA and AI solutions for clients
  • At least 4 years' experience designing and implementing solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere and AI tools
  • Excellent knowledge of automation tools and automation assessment frameworks.
