• Conduct individual therapy sessions via our secure online platform, allowing for a flexible and convenient healing experience for clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client feedback, ensuring alignment with each individual's mental health objectives.
• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to foster effective outcomes.
• Document and maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatric providers and other mental health specialists, to enhance the comprehensiveness of client care.
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions and services provided to clients.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals from varied backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. Your empathetic approach will help clients feel supported and understood while navigating their personal journeys to mental wellness.

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure in the state of Georgia as a mental health therapist, which may include LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or licensed psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy sessions, effectively employing various therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Familiarity and comfort with utilizing technology for remote counseling sessions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering meaningful connections with clients.
• A strong ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a team.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Previous work in community health settings or teletherapy environments.
• Knowledge of mental health issues prevalent in the Atlanta area and a commitment to serving the local community.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
