Responsibilities & Requirements
We're looking for a skilled professional who can:
  • Provide comprehensive support in managing overall case proceedings
  • Analyze records and reports effectively
  • Assist in assigning and overseeing tasks for case managers, legal assistants, and office staff
  • Contribute to thorough discovery processes to gather evidence for successful litigation
  • Assist in evaluating medical records and reports, applying criteria from the American Medical Association Guides to Permanent Disability 5th Edition
  • Support in determining appropriate case values and drafting settlement demands
