• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources available for support.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to address individual and family concerns.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and tailored interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure client well-being.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, assessing risks and developing safety plans for clients in high-stress situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and administrative tasks, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to engage clients in communal healing and shared learning.

Your work will primarily focus on children, adolescents, and their families experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and behavioral issues. This role requires both sensitivity and stability, as you will be working with vulnerable populations who rely on effective, compassionate care to navigate their challenges and embark on their path to recovery.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health, particularly within outpatient settings.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills—essential for building rapport with clients and their families.

• Prior experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
