• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status and emotional needs of clients, employing validated screening tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, therapeutic goals, and the latest evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions, adapting to the unique needs of each client.
• Regularly monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed, and documenting all interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Offer immediate support through crisis intervention methods, utilizing a formidable understanding of de-escalation techniques to assist clients in distress.
• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care, sharing insights and participating in case consultations to optimize client outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in mental health by engaging in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines set forth by licensing boards, cultivating a professional environment that prioritizes client welfare at every juncture.

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals with behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and as such, we value therapists who can relate to different perspectives and adapt their therapeutic styles appropriately. Your role is vital in empowering clients through tailored strategies, fostering resilience, and supporting them on their path to healing.

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related discipline.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including credentials such as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
• Demonstrated competency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with experience in identifying treatment options based on client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities that foster trust and engagement.
• Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards clients, with a commitment to their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player.
• Deep understanding of ethical principles and legal regulations governing mental health care.
• A motivation for continuous professional development and a willingness to expand one’s clinical expertise.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth environment.
• Experience working with specific therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with telehealth software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
