• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress throughout the course of treatment.
• Provide teletherapy services, utilizing secure video conferencing tools to maintain accessibility for all clients, especially those facing transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions and workshops to keep up with the latest in mental health research and techniques.

• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic techniques and interventions, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a deep sense of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload while maintaining utmost professionalism.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or private practice is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, facilitating seamless client documentation and management.
• A background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care approaches is a plus.
