Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs, collaboratively developing personalized care plans with specific goals and outcomes.
• Engaging with clients in individual psychotherapy sessions, tailoring interventions to address their specific mental health challenges.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions that foster support and understanding among clients with similar issues, promoting a strong sense of community.
• Implementing crisis counseling techniques as necessary to assist individuals and families experiencing urgent emotional distress.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting care plans as needed, ensuring compliance with established mental health and substance abuse standards.
• Documenting all interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and regulations to ensure continuity of care and accountability.
• Creating resourceful supports by evaluating individual and family systems to identify areas needing further assistance.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Path to Wellness, Inc., you will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your ability to cultivate a trusting relationship with clients will play a crucial role in their journeys towards recovery and self-discovery.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• A valid Social Work License as required per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and interventions, along with the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of clients.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster supportive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

While not mandatory, preferred experience includes:

• Prior experience in a community health or clinical setting, specifically managing a broad range of mental health conditions.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapies and crisis intervention strategies.
• A background of working in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to integrated care approaches.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 122,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
