Manager of Financial Systems
Remote or Hybrid (must reside in a state/jurisdiction where the firm operates)
Full-Time

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Manager of Financial Systems to lead financial systems reporting, analytics, and data integration initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Analysis, this role is ideal for a technical and people-focused leader with deep experience in legal financial systems and reporting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for financial systems reporting and data delivery
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions using PowerBI, SSRS, SQL, and Elite 3E
  • Translate financial metrics and KPIs into data queries and reporting tools
  • Design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain financial applications and integrations
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to support reporting and analytics initiatives
  • Develop SQL functions, stored procedures, and ETL processes for financial data management
  • Identify process improvements and maintain system consistency across financial platforms
  • Serve as a key stakeholder and decision-maker for financial systems and reporting solutions
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of legal industry experience required
  • Prior experience supporting legal financial systems and reporting operations required
  • 2+ years of management or team leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Elite 3E, PowerBI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and SQL development
  • Experience with financial systems architecture, reporting, and data integration
