• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' mental health goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused techniques.
• Regularly evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that care remains responsive to their evolving needs.
• Keep meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and continuing education to stay current on best practices in mental health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients, drawing upon various fields of expertise.

Your work will impact a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of demographics.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use treatment, or trauma-informed care.
• Experience working in telehealth and remote therapy settings is a plus.

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
