Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in Masterโ€™s degree programs. You'll provide guidance, share insights, and evaluate their progress in real-time.
  • Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to a variety of clients, including individuals in crisis, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families seeking support.
  • Collaborate with other health care professionals and referral organizations to create a network of support for our clients, ensuring continuity and coordination of care.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating therapeutic best practices while remaining sensitive to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with clinic standards and legal requirements.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research, therapeutic methodologies, and trends to enhance your clinical effectiveness and treatment strategies.
