• Provide individual psychotherapy for clients navigating mental health challenges associated with substance abuse treatment, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate solution-based interventions.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver coordinated care, ensuring that each client receives holistic support.

You will work primarily with a diverse population of individuals experiencing substance use disorders and concurrent mental health issues. This includes clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of cultural competence in healing. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.
