• A valid license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Doctor of Psychology.
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.
