The PSA Vault is a critical part of the Collectors ecosystem, securely storing high-value collectibles while powering liquidity across our marketplace. As we rapidly scale our operations across new facilities and global markets, we're evolving our highly customized WMS to support millions of unique items and increasingly complex workflows.

We're looking for a Senior WMS Engineer (Infios/Korber/HighJump) to help build the next generation of our warehouse and vault management platform. You'll deliver custom WMS solutions, partner closely with product and operations teams, and build the technology behind one of the world's largest collectibles vaults.

  • Implement and refine warehouse processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, to maximize productivity.

  • Continuously monitor and tune Infios WMS performance to maintain optimal system reliability and performance.

  • Partner with warehouse managers, product managers, and IT teams to translate requirements into practical, value-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate across teams to identify root causes, resolve challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Deliver reliable technical support and proactive system maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Contribute to business continuity by providing responsive on-call support on a rotational basis.

Salary Range:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and supply chain processes.

  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and system stability.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
