Device Migration Lead / End-User Computing (EUC) Migration Consultant
Remote
Healthcare Domain Experience mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Device Migration Planning & Execution
• Lead the end-to-end migration of Windows laptops and end-user devices from Bellevue domain to Firelands domain.
• Assess existing device configurations, policies, security settings, and dependencies.
• Develop migration waves, deployment schedules, and cutover plans.
• Coordinate device enrollment, domain joining, user profile migration, and post-migration validation.
• Ensure minimal downtime and business impact during migration activities.
Active Directory Migration
• Support user, computer, group, and policy migration activities.
• Coordinate domain consolidation.
• Analyze and remediate Group Policy (GPO) impacts.
• Work closely with Identity & Access Management teams to ensure seamless authentication and authorization.
Stakeholder & User Engagement
• Conduct migration readiness meetings with business users and department leaders.
• Provide migration guidance, FAQs, training materials, and communications.
• Manage executive and end-user expectations regarding migration schedules and impacts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during migration events and hypercare support.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
• 5+ years of experience in End-User Computing (EUC), Infrastructure, or Migration projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o Active Directory migrations
o Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
o Quest On Demand
o Exchange Online / Exchange Hybrid migrations
o Microsoft 365 administration
o Windows 10/11 device migrations
o Intune Endpoint Management or similar modern endpoint management solution
o Group Policy (GPO) management
o User profile migration tools
o Device deployment technologies
Migration Experience
• Experience with large-scale laptop/device migration programs.
• Knowledge of Quest On Demand Migration, ADMT, Intune, Autopilot, or equivalent migration tools.
• Experience coordinating application migration activities.
• Understanding of domain consolidation and tenant migration strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare environments and/or regulated industries.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or domain consolidation initiatives.
• Quest On Demand certification
