• Engage in thorough assessments and evaluations during initial client consultations to identify mental health issues and formulate effective treatment plans.

Your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will involve working with clients facing an array of challenges, including trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Many of our clients seek therapy to navigate significant life changes, develop coping strategies, or improve their interpersonal relationships. You will play a crucial role in guiding them through their therapeutic journeys, using personalized techniques that encourage healing and growth.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.

Experience in a community health setting or private practice will be advantageous. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, will be particularly valuable in this role.
