Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health challenges and create effective, personalized treatment programs for each client.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs, with a special focus on fostering personal empowerment.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and continuously monitor progress toward these objectives.
• Provide virtual therapy options to serve clients with mobility challenges or those who prefer remote consultations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about recent advancements in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
