Red Dot Behavioral and Wellness Center is seeking dedicated and licensed mental health therapists to join our dynamic team. This position is fully remote, enabling you to provide telehealth services from the comfort of your own home or any location that suits your work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and circumstances of each client.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including solution-focused approaches tailored for adult clients.
• Utilize our teletherapy platform to facilitate remote therapy sessions that meet the needs of a diverse clientele.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients, providing immediate support and resources when necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to remain updated on the latest mental health practices and innovations.

In this role, you’ll work primarily with adults experiencing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to stress management and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and possess unique needs, and your contribution will be integral in guiding them towards achieving their mental health objectives.

• A valid and current professional license in one of the following areas: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach coupled with a non-judgmental attitude toward diverse client populations.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to efficiently handle scheduling and client follow-up.
• No history of disciplinary actions on professional board records.

• Experience providing telehealth services and utilizing digital platforms for therapy.
• Background in working with a variety of mental health issues, particularly in adult populations.
• Familiarity with strategies for crisis intervention and management.
