Position Overview

This is not a traditional receptionist role.

We are looking for a Patient Experience & Growth Coordinator who can combine outstanding customer service, front desk operations, patient engagement, and sales support.

You will often be the first person prospective patients interact with, making you a critical part of our practice's success. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with people, enjoys relationship-building, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience from the first phone call through ongoing care.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
  • Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules
  • Follow up with prospective patients who inquire about our services
  • Educate prospective patients on available programs and services
  • Support enrollment into weight loss and hormone optimization programs
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
  • Verify and maintain patient information
  • Manage appointment reminders and patient communications
  • Coordinate patient flow throughout the day
  • Assist with patient retention and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized office environment
