Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for a diverse range of activities, including:

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions, where clients share their experiences, build connections, and foster community support.
• Conducting one-on-one individual therapy sessions designed to explore personal thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping clients to develop actionable coping strategies.
• Creating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their unique goals and needs, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Monitoring client progress through the use of various assessment tools and regular feedback, allowing for timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this position, you will need to have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in your state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a therapeutic setting, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with young adults.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly valued:

• Experience working in community health settings or with outpatient treatment programs.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with virtual counseling platforms and tools for remote therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
