You will engage with clients through secure telehealth platforms, allowing for private and confidential sessions that adhere to HIPAA regulations. • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor their journey and adapt treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and skills to manage their mental health challenges effectively.
• Participate in continuous education and training to expand professional knowledge and remain updated on best practices in counseling.

• Must possess a valid LPC or LMFT license in Pennsylvania.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling is preferred.
• Credentialing with insurance providers is a plus, although support will be provided if necessary.
• Experience working in a community health setting is beneficial.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and trauma-informed care.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
