• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health challenges, utilizing diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that focus on client-specific goals, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to their needs.
• Maintain a strong therapeutic alliance with clients by leveraging excellent communication skills, ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout their healing journey.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing various disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues.
• Document therapy sessions accurately, adhering to ethical and professional standards to maintain client confidentiality and facilitate continuity of care.
• Stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and participate in professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills.
