• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor therapeutic progress, review treatment plans, schedule upcoming appointments, and initiate discharge planning when appropriate.
• Design and implement person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual needs and continue to adjust them based on ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes and treatment records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the needs of new clients and establish appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Engage in individual counseling sessions, demonstrating adaptability to various therapeutic modalities based on client preferences and clinical needs.
• Participate in regular supervision and meetings, sharing insights and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance client care and outcomes through comprehensive service integration.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will support a diverse client demographic, including adults, children, and families from various backgrounds. Each client presents unique challenges, and the counselor will employ an individualized approach to therapy, ensuring that treatment respects cultural, social, and personal factors influencing mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
• Proficiency in using various technology platforms, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, for documentation and client management.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Ability to conduct intake assessments effectively and sensitively to foster trust and rapport.

• Annual salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Fee-for-Service compensation model with guaranteed rates; payment received ahead of collections.
