Silgan Containers is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting operations and develop highimpact hiring strategies that reinforce our longterm business goals.

This is a fully onsite role based in our office, Monday through Friday. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position.

About the Manager of Talent Acquisition Role

As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will oversee fullcycle recruitment, manage a team of recruiters, and collaborate with hiring managers across all business units. This role is essential to shaping hiring strategy, improving recruiting operations, and enhancing candidate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming Talent Acquisition team.

  • Oversee fullcycle recruiting for corporate, manufacturing, and technical roles.

  • Build and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Improve hiring efficiency, workflow consistency, and overall candidate experience.

  • Partner with the business on workforce planning, staffing needs, and recruitment priorities.

  • Manage internal mobility programs and promote equitable hiring practices.

  • Maintain compliance with employment regulations and support hiring manager training.

  • Oversee recruiting technologies, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Partner with Marketing to enhance employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who brings:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in formal people leadership.
