Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm virtually

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Monday, Friday Remote, Tuesday-Thursday On-Site)

  • Lead and coach a team of licensed insurance sales agents
  • Drive insurance sales performance and meet team and department goals

  • Interview, hire, and onboard new team members

Work Requirements:

  • Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space free from distractions for your work from home days
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Demonstrate strategic ownership, accountability, and ability to lead a remote team with minimal oversight

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct leadership/management sales experience with proven success
  • Minimum of 6 years of insurance sales experience with a track record of sales success including cross-selling

Licensing:

  • Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license upon hire
  • Life Insurance License (state specific) required within 1 year
