Position Overview

Quest Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a crucial member of our mental health team, you will provide high-quality care to individuals facing mental health challenges, enabling them to achieve improved well-being and resilience. Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Providing direct clinical services to clients with severe emotional disorders and mental illness, both in-office and within the community.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to establish and achieve shared goals for patient care, emphasizing teamwork and communication.
  • Conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Maintaining compliance with all professional ethical guidelines and organizational standards while safeguarding client confidentiality.
  • Managing a caseload, which includes conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring treatment aligns with the presenting issues and clients' requests.
  • Tracking the progress of clients through regular meetings and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing support for recovery.
  • Engaging in crisis intervention when required, and offering immediate support and resources to clients in need.
  • Ensuring timely completion of documentation and data entry, contributing to our commitment to effective healthcare delivery.
  • Participating in quality improvement committees to refine agency services and practices, actively engaging in enhancing our organizational excellence.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will predominantly focus on serving diverse populations including low-income individuals, families facing economic hardships, and people facing significant mental health challenges. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, using culturally competent approaches to understand their unique experiences, beliefs, and needs. Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid LCSW license in Virginia is mandatory.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
