Position Overview:

The Hardware Program Coordinator will act as the central coordination point across PMO, Global Engagement, Supply Chain, CSM, and customer stakeholders to ensure ownership clarity, task execution, risk visibility, and global hardware readiness. This role focuses on governance, tracking, accountability, and coordination.

What you will do as the Hardware Program Coordinator:

  • Maintain centralized global hardware action tracker
  • Coordinate deliverables across CSM, PMO, Supply Chain, and Global Engagement teams
  • Manage RAID logs and action item follow-up
  • Track regional readiness activities and dependencies
  • Facilitate governance meetings and executive reviews
  • Develop status reports and executive dashboards
  • Escalate unresolved issues to leadership
  • Ensure ownership clarity across workstreams
  • Track partner onboarding progress and readiness milestones
  • Coordinate implementation of agreed operational model
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across hardware operations

What you will bring to the team:

  • Advanced project and program management capabilities 
  • RAID management expertise 
  • Executive reporting and communication skills 
  • Cross-functional coordination and facilitation 
  • Strong ownership and accountability management 
  • Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, or project management platform expertise 
  • Meeting facilitation and action item management 
  • Process documentation and workflow development 
  • Risk identification and mitigation planning 
  • Stakeholder management across multiple organizations 
  • Ability to drive accountability without direct authority 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred Background 

  • Program Management or PMO leadership experience 
  • Global supply chain, technology deployment, or infrastructure project experience 
  • Experience supporting large enterprise clients 
  • Experience managing global stakeholders across multiple regions 
  • Strong governance and reporting experience 
  • Experience with RAID management and executive reporting 
  • Experience working within matrixed organizations 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise service delivery environments 

Qualified candidates can expect an hourly rate of $31.25 to $36.05.  This is a 3-month temporary role with possible extension.
