This role is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to design a work schedule that aligns with both professional and personal commitments. As an essential member of our telehealth initiative, you will engage with clients primarily through virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility to therapeutic services. Our work environment supports your autonomy while providing all necessary resources, including a fully covered overhead for office supplies, an electronic medical records system, and malpractice insurance.

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy to clients across various age groups, focusing on their unique needs and circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and prompt documentation of all client interactions within our secure electronic medical records system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Manage your own calendar by scheduling ongoing appointments and remain adaptable to client schedules.
• Collaborate with colleagues during regular team meetings to discuss cases and share best practices, enhancing collective knowledge and approaches.
• Utilize a billing service to streamline claims processing, manage client accounts, and oversee payment plans efficiently, allowing you to concentrate on clinical work.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults. You should be prepared to address various clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. The ability to engage effectively with clients in a school setting enhances your impact, as you help address the unique challenges that arise within educational environments.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field with a valid independent LCSW license is required.
• Exceptional professional demeanor, including the ability to establish excellent therapeutic boundaries, along with cultural competence in working with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a full caseload effectively.
• Self-motivated, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously while being open to collaboration.

• Extensive training and experience in couple’s therapy or family therapy will be highly regarded, given the focus on relational dynamics within the school environment.
• Candidates with a background in educational settings or familiarity with school systems will better understand student dynamics and their unique mental health needs.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic techniques and approaches.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our therapists are compensated at an hourly rate, ensuring rewarding earnings potential.
