Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations to accurately determine the mental health needs of clients, tailoring individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.
• Collaborate in a team-driven environment with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care that addresses both psychological and social determinants of health.
• Actively respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support to clients in distress. Your knowledge and compassion will play a crucial role in crisis intervention and ongoing support.
• Partake in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to promote mental wellness, reduce stigma, and foster community connection.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, encompassing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. As a therapist, you will encounter individuals dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be pivotal in creating an inclusive therapeutic environment that prioritizes the unique needs and strengths of each client.

Qualifications

• An independent and active mental health license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Cultural competence, with a sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals of diverse ethnicities, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain accurate documentation and manage scheduling effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community mental health setting or telehealth platforms is highly desirable, providing insight into remote service delivery and community outreach.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy tools to streamline documentation and client interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention techniques and experience addressing trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
