Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the needs of individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges, utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technology.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client-specific needs, continually updating these plans in response to client progress.
• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to meet the unique circumstances of each client.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive and integrated mental health care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to elevate the standard of care provided.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering empowerment and resilience.
• Stay abreast of advancements in the mental health field to ensure delivery of the latest, most effective therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly support individuals grappling with various mental health conditions, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
