The Investor's Edge, a distinguished financial education company with two decades of industry leadership, seeks a qualified Sales Director to join our remote sales team. This W-2 position offers comprehensive compensation including a $36,000 annual base salary, uncapped commission structure, and full benefits package with projected on-target earnings of $129,000 annually.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of documented B2C high-ticket sales experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Proven track record closing programs valued at $3,000 or above
  • Professional communication capabilities for phone and video conferencing
  • Employment stability (maximum three positions within previous five years)

Schedule Parameters: This position operates on a three-week rotating schedule encompassing evenings and weekends, with calendar availability averaging 50 hours weekly. Actual working hours remain within standard 40-hour parameters.


Compensation Structure: Base salary of $36,000 with commission rates of 9.40% (PIM) and 5.29% (NPIM). Current directors average $98,000-$106,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $129,000.

Hours: 

Your Schedule (MST):

  • Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM  Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage.  If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off. 
  • You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.


You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into  11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers. 


When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
