Overview:

As a BB Media Trainee, you will learn the foundational skills needed to operate and maintain media-related equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role will involve hands-on training, with opportunities for process improvement through 2 Second Lean practices.


Key Responsibilities: (include but not limited to): Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:

  • Learn to operate and maintain media equipment.
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown of media stations.
  • Implement 2 Second Lean initiatives to improve daily tasks.
  • Follow safety guidelines and best practices.
  • Other duties may be assigned by leadership.


Requirements:

Qualifications: Minimum Preferred Qualifications, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic mechanical skills are a plus.
