Work Environment

As part of a detox center, you will engage with a unique patient population that may require specialized understanding and treatment approaches. You will collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with treatment team members to develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving measurable goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring client safety and appropriate intervention strategies are in place.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards while reflecting the progress and needs of each client.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to foster community support and learning among clients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by a sign-on bonus.
