We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Weekend OnCall Coordinator to support our clients, their families, and our caregiving team. This role ensures smooth operations during offhours and plays a key part in maintaining exceptional care.

- Answer agency phone calls and monitor voicemail, email, and TextEmAll messages
- Respond promptly and professionally to clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients
- Document new client inquiries in the Intake Summary Form and notify the owner
- Coordinate caregiver scheduling, including filling calloffs and open shifts
- Ensure all nextday shifts are fully staffed by the end of each oncall day
- Report client, family, or employee concerns as well as any incidents to supervisory staff
- Participate in a weekly client status call with office staff and nurses
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients
- Detailoriented with excellent customer service abilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet timesensitive needs
- Resident of the Washington, DC metro area
- Availability for occasional weekday offhours support is a plus
