  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, discussing case progress, challenges, and suggestions during regular staff meetings to enhance treatment effectiveness.
  • Maintain meticulous and organized client records, ensuring that all documentation is current and comprehensive.
  • Coordinate client care by liaising with referral sources, family members, and ancillary organizations to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

This may include issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. Your ability to approach each session with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for individual experiences will be paramount in fostering trusting relationships with your clients.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited program.
  • A valid and active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker in the state of California.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in the mental health field.
  • Proven expertise in diagnosing mental health disorders and implementing evidence-based treatment practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on empathetic listening.
  • Knowledgeable in crisis management techniques and interventions.
  • A genuine passion for expanding access to mental health resources and improving client outcomes.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote patient management.
  • Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, etc.) and evidence-based interventions.
  • Previous experience in a community health setting is a plus.
