Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, identifying their unique social, emotional, and psychological needs to formulate personalized support strategies.
  • Provide individual and group counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, addressing issues like trauma, grief, and interpersonal conflicts.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor service plans that align with clients' goals, ensuring regular evaluation of progress towards desired outcomes.
  • Act as an advocate for clients, helping them navigate access to resources and addressing relevant social justice concerns by connecting them with appropriate community services.
  • Contribute to program development, evaluation, and grant reporting processes, ensuring that services are effective and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to strengthen service delivery and outreach capabilities.
  • Engage in ongoing team meetings, professional training sessions, and community outreach activities to foster community engagement and continuous learning.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
