This full-time role is structured to provide significant flexibility as it operates remotely, allowing you to manage your time effectively while meeting the needs of clients. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, building a detailed understanding of their unique circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling services tailored to specific client challenges, employing methodologies that resonate with clients’ experiences and goals.
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized service plans to ensure alignment with client objectives and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate access to essential resources, services, and support systems that enhance their well-being.
• Engage in program development and evaluation activities, contributing to grant reporting and improving service delivery effectiveness.
• Collaborate actively with community organizations, government entities, and volunteers to expand service offerings and leverage additional support for clients.
• Participate in team meetings focused on case reviews, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your clientele will primarily consist of individuals and families experiencing a variety of challenges, including mental health issues, social injustices, and barriers to accessing essential services. This role entails working closely with marginalized groups, advocating for their needs, and fostering an inclusive environment that encourages healing and empowerment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, ensuring a strong foundation in social work theories and practices.
• Must possess active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating your qualifications to practice at a professional level.
• Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated empathy and organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload while providing high-quality care.

• Experience in a nonprofit or similar setting is preferred, as this will enhance understanding of the unique challenges faced by the populations we serve.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and social justice. Knowledge of local community resources and advocacy networks is highly beneficial.
