• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients using structured evaluation tools and techniques.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling sessions, integrating therapeutic modalities that best meet the clients’ needs, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices.
• Develop personalized service plans in partnership with clients, setting measurable goals and ensuring effective monitoring of progress through documented reviews.
• Actively advocate for clients’ rights and access to crucial resources, with a focus on navigating social justice issues and systemic barriers impacting their well-being.
• Contribute to the organization's program development and evaluation efforts by participating in grant reporting and assessments of service delivery quality.
• Engage in collaborations with local government agencies, community organizations, and volunteers, enhancing our outreach and support services for those we serve.
• Attend regular team meetings, community engagement activities, and professional training sessions to remain abreast of best practices and emerging issues within the social work field.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a high level of empathy and interpersonal understanding.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple cases and responsibilities efficiently.

• Prior experience working in a nonprofit environment or community-based organization is preferred, providing insight into the dynamics of social services.
• Familiarity with community resources, mental health support systems, and case management practices is advantageous.
